BookMe is a done-for-you booking website: a public site whose every section you can edit, a four-step booking wizard, and an availability engine that decides which slots a customer is actually allowed to pick. There is no signup form and no billing screen — we build each site, deploy it and operate it on Cloudflare.
Every business runs on its own Cloudflare Worker, with its own database, its own storage bucket and its own secrets — separate infrastructure per business, not a shared table with a customer column. BookMe was generalized out of a service-business website that we built and still run in production today.

Your own website, your own domain
Home, services, about, contact, imprint and privacy — every page and every section editable from the admin. Your own domain is connected when we set the site up.
A four-step booking wizard
Service, date and time, contact details, confirmation. The time-slot grid is availability-aware: it only offers the slots that are genuinely free. An optional vehicle-details step can be switched on per service.
Bookings verified by email
A booking only becomes real once the customer clicks the link in their email. Unverified bookings expire on their own and are swept away automatically, so no-one blocks your calendar with a typo. Every confirmed booking carries its own confirmation code.
An availability engine, not just a calendar
Opening hours per weekday, full and partial closures, recurring weekly or monthly rules, separate hours and parallel-booking limits per service, a lead time and a booking horizon. German public holidays are imported automatically for your Bundesland.
An admin for everything else
Around thirty admin screens: bookings, services, offers with validity windows, every text on the public site, and a media gallery that compresses images in the browser before they are uploaded.
Themed for your brand
Your colours for light and dark mode and your own web font, checked against WCAG AA contrast so your brand stays readable rather than just on-brand.

The booking wizard, the availability engine and the CMS make no assumptions about your trade. The vehicle-details step is a switch you turn on per service, not the centre of the product. Car dealerships, paint shops and other appointment-led businesses fit the same foundation.

Privacy as an architecture decision
BookMe was built for German and European data-protection expectations from the first commit, not retrofitted onto a shared database.
A database of your own
One Worker, one database, one storage bucket and separate secrets per business. There is no shared table and no customer-ID column, so a query that reaches another business’s data is not something we guard against — it is something that cannot be written.
Hosted in the EU
Your site runs on Cloudflare in the EU, and your customers’ data and media stay in the database and bucket that belong to your site.
Consent and audit logs
Cookie consent is recorded against a hashed IP address, security events are logged, bookings are deleted softly, and a booking without a verified email never reaches you at all.
Erasure when you leave
One command removes a business completely: database, media and secrets. Teknora operates your site as your data processor, under a data-processing agreement signed per business.
No app to install — on either side
Your customers book in the browser they already have. You manage the site in the browser you already have.
