For a German mid-sized company running APplus we delivered a self-hosted extraction service. APplus calls it per document over REST; the service classifies invoices, order confirmations, delivery notes and emails, extracts header fields and line items, and returns typed JSON that APplus stores. Supplier-specific rules are maintained on the APplus side, without code changes. No outcome in figures is documented, so we quote none.
About SmartERP-FlowAn ERP-agnostic file-sync plugin for Medusa shops. The order export is built and verified in a demo shop: CSV in German locale (semicolon, CRLF, Windows-1252, decimal comma), written atomically. The way back for stock and prices and the transfer over FTP are designed but not built yet. This is not a customer project in live operation.
About our online storesWe build business applications with ERP modules: stock and inventory, purchasing, sales, invoicing with gapless numbering, payments and reminders, append-only audit records and DATEV file export. Our own products add to this: quotations, orders, invoices and master data in ZahlFlow, and till management with an immutable daily closing in Ordrino (not a certified fiscal system).
